StarTimes buying guide for Rwanda
StarTimes is a low-cost pay TV option in Rwanda, with local channels, football, movies and Chinese and international series.
- Antenna (DTT) decoder: uses an indoor or outdoor antenna. It is simple to install and works well in most of Kigali where the terrestrial signal is strong.
- Dish (DTH) decoder: uses a small satellite dish. It works in areas where the antenna signal is weak, but needs a dish to be fitted and aligned.
- Installation: an outdoor antenna or a dish should be fitted securely and pointed correctly for a stable picture.
For information, StarTimes sells monthly bouquets such as Nova, Basic and Classic on antenna, and Nova, Smart and Super on dish. Each step up adds more channels, including sport and movies. Bouquet prices are set by StarTimes and change with promotions, so check them with StarTimes before you subscribe.
Uwase Mart does not sell StarTimes subscriptions. Bouquets are paid directly to StarTimes. Request a price and we will confirm the current decoder and installation cost.
